12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing / supply chain environments Strong expertise in at least two of the following: SAP PP / PP-PI (must) SAP WM / EWM (preferred) SAP QM SAP MM Proven experience in leading global teams and large-scale SAP programs Good understanding of ABAP and debugging capabilities, with the ability to guide technical design and challenge development approaches Hands-on mindset and experience with S/4HANA transformations Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience with global template approaches and process harmonization Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT leadership Ability to operate on both strategic and operational levels Fluent in English Willingness to travel ~20% (~35% if remote based)
