Dotnet Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale modern, data-driven applications that power critical business solutions. In this role, you’ll develop high-performance backend systems, APIs, and cloud-based services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

This is an opportunity to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and help shape engineering best practices while working with modern technologies, Azure cloud services, and AI-enabled development tools.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver structured data for business applications
• Create reusable frameworks, services, and components that improve scalability and development efficiency
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Analytics, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design solutions that prioritize performance, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Develop user-facing data capabilities, including filtering, visualization, and interaction with complex datasets
• Mentor team members through technical leadership, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development
• Strong experience building applications with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing and supporting production applications with an emphasis on scalability, availability, monitoring, and performance
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, code generation models, vector search, or similar technologies
