Junior Software Implementation Consultant (French Or German Speaking)

This exciting role as aSoftware Implementation consultantin our Configuration group will work as part of a team to support and configure our Wire and Cable software for our customers.This role focuses on:UI based configuration elements of the ImplementationMore technical elements of the Implementation which will require knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and authoring of data collection forms using XMLSupporting our customers and relationship buildingWe believe in flexibility and work-life balance.This hybrid role can be based from any of our offices in Barcelona (Spain), Frankfurt (Germany), or Saclay (France) , offering the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across an international environment.We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent English skills, combinedwith fluency in either French or German .This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the EMEA region and contribute to a dynamic, multicultural team.Responsibilities Consultancy and ConfigurationProvide support to existing clients including report generation at critical times of the yearAdvise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their applicationConfigure the system as per the defined requirements using the system user interfaceWork with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issuesAttend customer meetings and calls as and when required in support of larger implementation project, ensuring a professional image at all timesProvide status updates, highlight risks and issues to supervisor (within the project and/or people manager)Dedicated ConsultancyAdvise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their applicationServe as the main point of contact for key customersTechincal ConfigurationBuild and maintain custom forms using XML/SQL build scriptsQualifications Skills Required/DesiredMinimum commercial experience of 2 years.Experience in software implementation and / or support, a plus.Strong academic background in a relevant discipline e.g. computer science, engineering, sustainability or equivalent also a plus.The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent.Strong communication skills in English are essential, together with fluency in either French or German to support collaboration across the EMEA region.Required skills, knowledge and characteristics based on responsibilitiesA high level of numeracyStrong working knowledge of Excel requiredDetail-oriented and analytical thinkingFamiliarity with web-based applicationsAbility to learn new software applications rapidlyEffective communicator with good interpersonal skills as this is a customer-facing rolePrevious experience working in teams for project delivery, a plusPrevious experience in a customer facing role, a plusTechincal ConfigurationExperience with relational databases and use of SQLWorking knowledge of XML is ideal#J-*****-Ljbffr

Minimum commercial experience of 2 years. Experience in software implementation and / or support, a plus. Strong academic background in a relevant discipline e.g. computer science, engineering, sustainability or equivalent also a plus. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English are essential, together with fluency in either French or German to support collaboration across the EMEA region.
