Technology Vision & Innovation (R&D) Strategic R&D Leadership:Define and champion Quantica’s technology roadmap, guiding the R&D team to develop next-generation capabilities and translate them into high-value industrial applications Application Discovery:Lead technical feasibility studies to identify and validate breakthrough materials and industrial use cases Strategic Partnerships:Build and nurture relationships with leading research institutes and industrial partners to maintain our competitive edge in additive manufacturing 2. Engineering Operations & ScalingProductization Excellence:Systematically transition R&D prototypes into production-ready, modular systems designed for seamless integration into industrial manufacturing lines Quality & Reliability:Establish rigorous testing protocols ensuring hardware longevity, material compatibility, and compliance with industrial uptime standards Design for Manufacturing (DFM):Partner closely with the Director of Operations to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and scale 3.
