Job description

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and systems.
Contribute to AI-focused solutions, such as centralized storage for language models.
Participate in a structured on-call rotation to ensure system stability.
Support the modernization and optimization of existing systems. The role involves working on both cutting-edge new developments (40%) and optimizing existing systems (50-60%).
Backend tasks are 80% to 20% frontend.
On-Call Responsibilities o Team members participate in a structured on-call rotation (typically once every few weeks). o Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving critical issues and ensuring uninterrupted system performance. o The team prioritizes building robust systems to minimize the need for urgent intervention., Java | AWS| JavaScript | Docker/Kubernetes Recruitment Process
Initial Screening (with the company).
Technical Interview (2h) - The senior team evaluates Java expertise and problem-solving.
