Job description

Lead Agile software development projects across the full lifecycle, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and daily scrums using Jira.
Facilitate project management, requirements analysis, risk management, and system accreditation under ICD-503 to attain ATO.
Coordinate cloud-based solutions across AWS and Azure, guide UI/UX and wireframing efforts, and direct software testing and deployments., * Manage project lifecycles and software development activities adhering to Lean Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, grooming, and scrums.
Oversee Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and software enhancements within budget and timeline requirements.
Support systems enabling search across structured and unstructured datasets, federating external queries, and organizing organizational documents.
Facilitate the incorporation of machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities for advanced content discovery and predictive analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to architect, right-size, and scale cloud services across target AWS and Azure environments.
Navigate security accreditation processes under ICD-503 frameworks to mitigate vulnerabilities and support ATO requirements.
Guide UI/UX design decisions by creating wireframes, mockups, and user stories while maintaining continuous feedback loops with stakeholders.
Execute functional and performance testing, deliver software modifications, and provide operations and maintenance support.
