Test Engineer II/III

We are seeking a Test Engineer II/III to support the verification, validation, and qualification of advanced spacecraft systems and flight hardware. This role is responsible for developing test procedures, executing tests, analyzing results, and ensuring spacecraft systems perform as designed prior to flight.

The Test Engineer works closely with design, systems, manufacturing, quality, and integration teams to translate requirements into executable test plans and procedures. Responsibilities include defining step-by-step test processes, preparing test configurations, troubleshooting anomalies, documenting results, and supporting vehicle-level testing activities. High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to train as Test Controllers or Vehicle Controllers, supporting major spacecraft test campaigns and mission readiness activities.

Test Engineer II

2-5 years of experience supporting testing, integration, manufacturing, or aerospace programs.

Experience writing or executing test procedures.

Experience troubleshooting technical issues and investigating failures.

Ability to independently execute testing activities.

Test Engineer III

5+ years of aerospace, spacecraft, integration, or test engineering experience.

Experience leading complex test campaigns and supporting vehicle-level testing.

Ability to develop test strategies, mentor junior engineers, and drive issue resolution Aerospace, spacecraft, satellite, or aviation experience.

Experience writing step-by-step test procedures.

Experience performing verification and validation (V&V).

Familiarity with hardware integration and troubleshooting.

Experience reviewing schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

Experience working in laboratory, integration, or production environments.

Knowledge of data acquisition systems and test equipment.

Strong technical writing skills.

Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced operational environments.

This position is an initial 6-month contract with opportunity to extend. The hourly rate is based on experience, ranging from $38.50-72.50/hr. This is an onsite position, working a 9x80 schedule.
