Oracle ERP DBA

• Administer, maintain, and optimize core ERP databases, ensuring high availability, security, and data integrity.
• Implement database designs, logical/physical data models, data access controls, and maintenance routines.
• Monitor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and resolve complex performance issues, indexing, and resource contention.
• Manage data replication, backups, recovery strategies, and distributed database configurations.
• Establish and enforce security policies, access controls, audit routines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with technical leads, system administrators, and application teams to plan, test, and deploy database enhancements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Database Administrator with 7 to 10 years of proven expertise to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise-level database environments. In this role, you will develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring the security, integrity, and performance of critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database systems., * Experience: 7-10 years of progressive hands-on experience in enterprise database administration and ERP systems.

• Database Management: Deep technical expertise in ERP database architecture, capacity planning, replication, and distributed data systems.
• Performance Tuning: Proven track record diagnosing and resolving complex database performance bottlenecks and query optimization challenges.
• Design & Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and executing table maintenance scripts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred/equivalent experience accepted).
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under general supervision and deliver mission-critical tasks independently., * Strong DBA experience in working with Oracle 19c and Oracle 26ai (Required 10 Years)
• Experience in supporting Databases in OCI (Required 2 Years)
• Experience in supporting Oracle Databases on premise. (Required 2 Years)
• Experience in Migrating Oracle databases to OCI (Required 2 Years)
• Experience in Migrating COV Agency Oracle databases to OCI (Highly Desired 1 Years)
• Must be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) on Linux (Required 3 Years)
• Must be familiar with Dataguard Physical Standby. (Required 3 Years)
• Must have experience with RMAN backup and recovery (Required 10 Years)
• Other skills include export and import data pump utilities, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Performance tuning, Security, Patching and documentation (Required 5 Years)
• Must possess strong troubleshooting skills. (Required 10 Years)
• Must have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing. (Required 10 Years)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required 4 Years)
• Experience supporting Linux or Unix System Administration, a bonus. (Required 3 Years)
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification (Highly Desired 3 Years)
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2019 or newer (Highly Desired 3 Years)
