NA/ANZ Pricing Master Data Domain Lead

As the NA/ANZ Pricing Master Data Domain Lead, you oversee critical data assets to ensure their quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations; You establish and enforce data governance policies, maintain data dictionaries, and monitor data management practices across departments; By collaborating closely with stakeholders to define data requirements, resolve data issues, and promote best practices for data usage, you act as a liaison between technical teams and business units so that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively utilized to support organizational goals; In this role, you help shape a robust master data landscape that enables reliable decision-making and drives sustainable business performance across the NA/ANZ region., The primary responsibilities of this role, NA/ANZ Pricing Master Data Domain Lead, are to:

• Leverage in-depth master data expertise and key stakeholder relationships to drive region-wide improvements in material data flow, including the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data across NA/ANZ;
• Provide leadership and oversight for Master Data projects and operations in Crop Protection, Seed Growth, Row Crops, and Licensing businesses to support Sales, Product Supply, Finance, and global business goals;
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of global and regional master data processes, systems, and tools, and how they support cross-functional operations across the NA Product Supply organization;
• Lead system improvement efforts across functions with business and IT team members, delivering enhancements to existing IT systems and providing critical feedback on new IT developments;
• Drive continuous improvements in cross-functional, end-to-end operational master data processes by working with customer service, transportation, planning, purchasing, and controlling teams to identify opportunities, improve operational data models, and recommend solutions to complex challenges;
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to develop new master data models and operational processes in response to evolving business requirements or unique go-to-market strategies;
• Develop and leverage key relationships with regional and global material master data partners to ensure regional business activities are properly supported by global and international material creation processes;
• Provide informed feedback to the NA Master Data Unit Lead on key strategic initiatives, using deep technical knowledge to help guide future material master data strategy;
• Collaborate with the Data Strategy Team and Digital Target State Team to ensure the Domain Master Data Strategy supports the overall application and reporting landscape;
• Drive business execution of investments needed to achieve operational success in collaboration with global and local IT organizations, acting as a catalyst for data-driven transformation;
• Serve as business project manager and/or business data solution lead on Master Data Domain-specific projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with stakeholder expectations;
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with supply chain functional leads in planning, transportation, manufacturing, finance, and customer service, as well as with product and marketing organizations, regional and global IT, and regional and global Material Master Data counterparts.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 10 years of professional experience, including 3-5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or working with material or supply chain data;
• Strong SAP and database system knowledge, with the ability to navigate complex data environments and tools;
• Ability to understand complex data processes and communicate them clearly to broad and diverse audiences;
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups;
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, from operational teams to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project and change management experience;
• Experience leading or supporting master data or supply chain-related projects in a global or regional context;
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and partnering with global IT and data teams;
• Demonstrated ability to champion data governance best practices and drive adoption of standardized data processes and models.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $127,200.00 - $190,800.00Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).
