Integration Specialist

As an Integration Specialist , you will develop and maintain the connections between these applications. You will look at how information moves through the organization, identify where processes can be improved and build integrations and automations that make day-to-day work more efficient. The role combines technical development with a good understanding of business processes. You will speak with colleagues from different parts of the organization to understand what they need, translate those requirements into technical solutions and stay involved from the initial request through to implementation and ongoing improvement. Integration Specialist As Integration Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening Construsoft’s digital foundation. You will design integrations, improve data flows and automate business processes across multiple systems and countries. Working closely with both IT and business stakeholders, you translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions that support the wider organisation. Your work will range from developing new integrations and automation workflows to improving existing connections and investigating issues. You will also contribute to the introduction of new technologies and explore where automation and AI can add practical value to internal processes. Your responsibilities include: · Designing and maintaining integrations between business-critical systems, including CRM, ERP and HR applications. · Building automation workflows using technologies such as Power Automate and Logic Apps. · Improving data quality, reliability and system connectivity across the organisation. · Monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. · Supporting business teams with technical expertise, advice and documentation. · Exploring how AI and automation can improve internal processes and employee productivity. · Contributing to the rollout of new digital tools and technologies across Construsoft. Working across systems and teams Integrations affect many parts of the organization, so you will work with colleagues from both IT and the business. A request may start with a team wanting to improve a process, reduce manual work or make information available in another system. Part of your role is to understand the need behind that request before deciding on the technical approach. You will therefore have regular contact with people who use these systems in their daily work, as well as with colleagues responsible for the applications and technology behind them. This gives you a broad view of how different processes connect across Construsoft. Because the organization operates across several countries, solutions also need to work beyond one individual team or local requirement. You will help find approaches that are reliable, maintainable and suitable for wider use, while keeping enough flexibility to support different business needs. · A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering or a related field. · 3-7 years of experience in integrations, software development or automation engineering. · Experience with APIs, integration patterns and the Microsoft Power Platform. · Experience working with business applications such as CRM, ERP or HR systems. · Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
