Job description

Provide 2nd/3rd line functional support across SAP MM, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA logistics processes
Investigate and resolve complex incidents and service requests within established SLAs
Manage supply chain integration scenarios, inventory movements, and warehouse operations
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on system enhancements and service optimization
Support change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and testing activities

Requirements

Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance
Strong functional SAP MM knowledge, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Goods Movements
Practical understanding of SAP EWM and warehouse management operations
Proven track record in an Application Management Services (AMS) or application support environment
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills across cross-functional SAP flows
