Provide escalation support for complex network issues
Help shape secure, resilient network services
Work across Fortinet SD-WAN environments
Work across Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies
Work across Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA Centre / DNAC)
Work across Cisco ISE / NAC
Apply network security, segmentation and Zero Trust principles
Contribute to enterprise network design, troubleshooting and optimisation

Requirements

Strong Fortinet SD-WAN experience
Strong Cisco networking background across LAN and Wireless LAN
Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Centre and ISE/NAC
Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience of team leadership or mentoring is desirable
Experience with Netskope SASE / ZTNA is desirable
Experience with VMware NSX-T is desirable
Experience with F5 load balancing and WAF technologies is desirable
Experience with Azure networking is desirable
Experience working in complex, regulated environments where security, resilience and compliance are critical
Experience within an MSP or managed service environment is advantageous
