Day-to-day Responsibilities: Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across AI, Generative AI and Intelligent Automation. Define solution architectures that align with business strategy, architecture principles and technology standards. Partner with Product Owners, Engineering teams and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into technology solutions. Design integration strategies across APIs, microservices, enterprise platforms and cloud environments. Guide engineering teams through delivery, ensuring solutions remain aligned with architectural standards. Define AI architecture principles, governance and best practice across the organisation. Produce high-level and detailed solution designs

technical documentation and architecture artefacts. Identify technical risks, security considerations and scalability challenges throughout delivery. Contribute to technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to support future innovation. Coach and mentor Solution Architects while helping develop the wider Architecture function. What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect or Enterprise Architect. Strong experience designing enterprise AI, Automation or Generative AI solutions. Excellent understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. Experience designing large-scale distributed architectures using APIs, Microservices and modern integration patterns. Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, MLOps, DevOps and AI delivery practices. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Experience producing architecture documentation, standards and governance. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for innovation with the ability to balance technical excellence against commercial delivery.
