Security Architect

• Lead the security requirements analysis phase for the Move to Cloud program of a major government department’s database platform
• Drive the development of enhanced cloud security standards
• Provide leadership and direction to technical engineering and development teams
• Formulate technical approaches and solutions addressing potential security requirements

• Active SC clearance or eligibility for clearance
• Experience with stakeholder engagement to update departmental security standards
• Familiarity with Oracle on AWS, Java middleware, and Pro*C/PL/SQL batch applications
• Experience with client-side field level encryption in large-scale Oracle custom applications is ideal
• Ability to produce a Requirements and Impact Analysis report, documenting technical options and security architecture frameworks

This role is for a Security Architect with a contract length of 6 months, based in Manchester or Newcastle, with remote work options. The compensation is £700 per day inside IR35, umbrella only.
