Principal Full Stack Engineer - Managed Service

You will ideally have experience in managed service operations, along with proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms. In this role, you will act as the technical authority for the team, driving best practices and ensuring high-quality service delivery, while also providing leadership, mentoring team members, and building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.RequirementsAct as the highest technical escalation point within a managed service functionSet and maintain engineering standards across teams within the serviceLead the management and resolution of complex L2/L3 incidentsLead root cause analysis and post-incident investigations
