Senior IT Auditor - Cologne

A leading global financial services organization is looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join its international Group Audit function in Cologne. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse global team, collaborate across international markets, and build meaningful exposure to enterprise-wide IT risk, controls, and governance., * Conduct local and global IT audits across a range of business areas and locations.

• Assess IT risks, controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support audit planning, including defining scope, risks, audit techniques, and data-analysis approaches.
• Take responsibility for audit fieldwork, professional judgment, documentation, and reporting.
• Present findings and help define practical remediation measures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all management levels.
• Contribute expertise to the global audit community and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least four- five years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, IT risks and controls, internal control frameworks, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• CISA or CISM certification is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, project-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
