Customer Systems Analyst

The Customer Systems Analyst supports the Customer Enablement team in ensuring accurate and timely billing for MGE customers. This role performs data validation, reconciliations, and basic reporting while developing proficiency in MGE’s billing systems, tools, and processes. Working under guidance from more experienced analysts, this position builds foundational knowledge in billing operations, data integrity, and customer impact., * Perform basic data validation and reconciliation to support billing accuracy.

• Research and resolve routine billing discrepancies under direction of senior analysts.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation to track billing activities and metrics.
• Assist in system testing, data clean-up, and process documentation.
• Learn and apply billing systems, data tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service and compliance.
