As a Web & Digital Team Lead, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a Web & Digital Team Lead joining our team to oversee website operations, multilingual content management, and associated social media channels. This role blends team leadership, digital content operations, website management, paid and organic distribution, compliance oversight, and cross-functional project coordination supporting mission-aligned digital communication objectives. • Leads, coaches, and manages a team of multilingual website content curators responsible for daily digital operations.
• Sets team priorities, assigns work, monitors deadlines, and ensures accountability for delivery, accuracy, and quality.
• Oversees editorial calendars and the publication of SME-provided and audience-relevant multimedia content.
• Maintains consistent standards for multilingual publishing, localization, formatting, metadata, accessibility, and quality assurance.
• Oversees WordPress website health, performance, security, analytics, technical SEO, and issue resolution.
• Coordinates technical audits and ensures findings are prioritized, assigned, remediated, and closed.
• Partners with social media strategists to support organic growth, content repurposing, publishing consistency, and audience engagement across channels.
• Oversees paid content distribution operations, monitoring budgets, pacing, spending, and resolving operational issues.
• Conducts regular operational compliance audits using dashboards and leads corrective actions.
• Identifies and submits noteworthy qualitative audience behavior using established reporting procedures.
• Coordinates with operations teams, developers, social media strategists, analytics specialists, and marketing/advertising partners.
• Leads special digital initiatives, including website launches, workflow automation, AI/MCP integrations, and process modernization.
• Maintains SOPs, operating calendars, QC checklists, documentation, and escalation procedures.
• Prepares consolidated weekly and monthly reports covering performance, compliance, budgets, risks, project updates, and team priorities.
• Supports creation of social graphics, images, memes, and short-form videos using conventional and AI-assisted creative tools.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in website operations, digital content creation, website management, or a related field.
