Help customers apply specialized products through site visits, demonstrations, training courses, and direct technical consultation .
Provide comprehensive customer support and resolve technical concerns by developing application notes, conference papers, and WebEx demonstrations .
Assist clients with the installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation of systems both on-site and remotely .
Partner directly with client facilities to determine required product feature sets and collaborate with Marketing on strategic improvements .
Assist in the preparation and presentation of successful technical proposals for products, services, and systems .
Participate in key industry technical meetings (e.g., NASPI, IEEE PSRC) and contribute to technical manuals, datasheets, and ordering guides .
Assume project management or supervisory roles on assigned projects, ensuring execution within schedule and budget ., * Highly autonomous remote delivery model from any major city in Canada or the USA .

B.S. in Electrical Engineering is mandatory .
3-5 years of direct experience working with relays and records .
Working knowledge of electric power systems, utility or engineering firm protective relay applications, and industry practices .
Hands-on experience with EMTP, load flow, and short circuit studies .
Excellent technical training, public speaking, written communication, and collaborative team skills .
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence with no restrictions on travel between Canada and the USA .
Ability to manage travel demands of up to 25% across regional and international client sites .
Ability to successfully complete standard pre-employment background checks and drug screening protocols .
