Analytics and Insights Engineer III, Workforce Data Analysis

As a Data Analysis Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the team, you will be responsible for…

• Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and/or SPSS to support analysis of workforce and human resources data
• Conducting data analysis across HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Aggregating, cleaning, and validating structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems to support reporting and decision-making
• Using Python to manipulate, transform, and analyze data in support of recurring and ad hoc business needs
• Supporting work in a classified environment and complying with security and clearance requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to provide clear guidance to others, Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience developing data visualizations and conducting data analysis, preferably with HR datasets in Tableau and/or SPSS
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems
• Experience with Python for Data Manipulation and Analysis

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
