• Support data collection, annotation, processing, review, and analysis workflows

Project Management & Performance

We are sharing a full-time opportunity for a recent graduate with strong analytical ability, technical aptitude, and an interest in data operations, project management, workflow optimisation, and human-data systems to support advanced AI training and operational initiatives. The role focuses on managing data workflows, monitoring operational performance, analysing datasets, improving processes, and maintaining quality standards across human-data operations. It is particularly suited to recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative disciplines. No prior experience in AI is required., * Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Experience through coursework, internships, or projects involving data analysis, workflow optimisation, operations, or similar work
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and explain findings clearly
• Strong attention to detail and ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
• Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or comparable tools is valuable
• Internship or project experience in data management, AI/ML, operations, or process optimisation is beneficial
• No prior AI-training experience is required
