Job description

Support and maintain all plant and facility information systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations
Assist with managing networking infrastructure, hardware, software, servers, and system security
Support manufacturing, inventory control, and telecommunications systems to ensure efficiency
Collaborate with operations leadership to develop and implement technology solutions that support business needs
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for IT systems, process improvements, and system upgrades

Requirements

Relevant education and experience in IT
Some IT experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong hardware and software technical knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Experience supporting networking and system security is a plus
