Integration Project Manager Erp (Data Migration & Integrations)

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to take ownership of the integration and data migration workstreams across Spain and Portugal.We are supporting a major digital transformation program within the utilities sector, involving the migration of multiple country-specific legacy ERP systems into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.Main responsibilities:This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can drive execution, challenge technical and functional decisions, and ensure successful delivery alongside business, IT, and implementation partners.Own the end-to-end data migration workstream, including data mapping, transformation rules, cleansing activities, and data quality management.Manage the inventory of interfaces and integrations for the Iberian scope, ensuring alignment with the global architecture.Lead integration and migration testing activities, including SIT, performance testing, cutover preparation, and UAT support.Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners, business stakeholders, and the global ERP program.Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones using Azure DevOps.Drive issue resolution and remove blockers impacting delivery.Ensure knowledge transfer and deliver complete handover documentation to local IT teams before project closure.Who are you?5+ years of experience as an Integration Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Data Migration Project Manager within ERP transformation programs.Proven ownership of data migration and integration workstreams from planning through go-live.Strong understanding of APIs, middleware platforms, batch interfaces, ETL processes, and system integrations.Ability to challenge and validate technical and functional specifications.Experience working on multi-country or multi-entity ERP rollouts.Fluency in Spanish and English.Nice to HaveMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation or rollout experience.SAP legacy migration projects.Portuguese language skills.Azure DevOps experience.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Who are we?Since **, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in **, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.With expertise in a wide range of industrial and service sectors, Astek is an essential partner, supporting its customers in an intelligent deployment of their products and services, and in the implementation of their digital transformation.Today we are more than 8,000 employees, committed every day to promote the complementarity between digital technologies and complex systems engineering.Our style is to have flexible schedules and highly value the well-being of our employees.Why join us??
