Experteer Overview In this role you will help AXA Partners Barcelona advance its data-driven decision-making by designing and delivering reliable data assets.You will work to ensure data quality and sustainability while promoting analytics within the team and organization.You will collaborate with a community of Data Analysts to share best practices and drive the data strategy forward in a multicultural, international environment.This is an opportunity to shape analytics capabilities, support decision making with scalable data platforms, and contribute to a growth-focused transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Develop and maintain advanced analytical systems; design, test, and deliver data assets for insights * Ensure data quality and sustainability through quality routines and collaboration with data experts * Promote analytics adoption within the team and organization; participate in data analysis projects and implement best practices * Collaborate with the Data Analysts community; share knowledge and promote cross-functional collaboration Responsabilidades * Master’s degree in Business Intelligence with specialization in Big Data * 3-5 years in a production BI environment * Experience in data warehousing/analytics projects in multicultural organizations * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX) and dimensional modeling * Understanding of software development processes (git, CI/CD); knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus * Knowledge of BI theory (Kimball, star schema, data warehousing, datamarts, dimensional and tabular cube, KPI) * Fluent in English; other languages a plus * Agile mindset; ability to work in an international and complex environment with creativity and innovation Requisitos principales * permanent contract * equal opportunities employer
