IT Project manager Cloud oriented

• Continue OS upgrade: Accelerate the infrastructure modernization roadmap by decommissioning legacy operating systems, significantly reducing security vulnerabilities
• V0 systems migration: Store servers migration
• SAP Retail Back-up Strategy: Redesign the SAP Retail backup strategy by implementing a more efficient backup architecture, successfully reclaiming storage capacity in alignment with corporate FinOps objectives
• Franchised Store Switch Migration: Upgrade network switches across franchisee locations to improve local network reliability

Role & Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle from idea to delivery, managing scope, planning, budget, quality and change across one or multiple projects
• Stakeholder & Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders; prepare weekly status reports, Steerco decks and PMO Board updates
• Risk & Issues: Identify and manage project risks; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Testing & UAT: Oversee all test phases and coordinate user acceptance plans with business teams
• Team Leadership: Functionally manage up to 5 team members (BAs, developers, testers); foster collaboration, diversity and a high-performance culture
• Standards & Governance: Ensure all projects follow PMO standards and IT Governance methodology; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * 5+ years IT and business/industry experience

• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Stakeholder management and executive reporting
• Strong business acumen in IT and retail
• SAP knowledge is a strong plus
• Retail or e-commerce background is an asset, * Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in a business/industry context
• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
