Sales Back Office Engineer

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to analyze issues and assist with technical aspects of sales proposals and customer requests. \n

• Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to work effectively with SAP platform, and standard office applications used in sales operations. \n

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers and support a positive, professional sales experience. \n

• Candidates should possess Training skills to help educate colleagues and customers on product features, technical documentation, and internal processes as needed. \n

• Bachelor’s / associate’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical experience in large industrial equipment or polymer processing. \n

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process data; prior experience in large capital equipment and manufacturing environments is beneficial. \n

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. \n

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
