IT DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure across our logistics and sorting facilities. This role will be responsible for enterprise network infrastructure, Linux servers, data center equipment, and network connectivity supporting warehouse automation systems.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on IT operations experience, strong troubleshooting skills across both network and server environments, and the ability to support business-critical systems in a fast-paced logistics environment. Experience supporting sorting centers, warehouse automation, AGV systems, or similar operational environments is highly preferred., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered. \n

• 3-5 years of enterprise IT operations and maintenance experience. \n

• Hands-on experience with both network infrastructure and server administration. \n

• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, VLANs, LAN architecture, and network troubleshooting. \n

• Experience with Linux server administration, backups, log analysis, storage, and system troubleshooting. \n

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve production IT incidents. \n

• Experience supporting logistics facilities, sorting centers, warehouse automation, DWS, AGV, or automated sorting systems is highly preferred. \n

• Strong documentation, problem-solving, communication, and risk-assessment skills. \n

• Ability to travel approximately 15% as business needs require.

• Network Infrastructure Management: Maintain and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, VLANs, and enterprise LAN infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable network operations. \n

• Server & Data Center Operations: Manage Linux servers, storage devices, racks, UPS systems, and dedicated network lines, including system deployment, disk expansion, backups, log analysis, and troubleshooting. \n

• Warehouse Automation Support: Provide network support for automation equipment such as DWS systems, sorting lines, and AGV robots, and quickly resolve connectivity, packet loss, bandwidth, VLAN, and data transmission issues. \n

• Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network latency, packet loss, bandwidth congestion, server failures, disk capacity issues, and service outages. \n

• Infrastructure Projects & Optimization: Support network cutovers, capacity expansion, system migrations, and infrastructure upgrades, including risk assessment, implementation planning, testing, and rollback preparation. \n

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, security, systems, and operations teams to prepare infrastructure for new system launches and ensure post-launch stability. \n

• Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain technical documentation, network configurations, IT asset records, operational procedures, and infrastructure-related documentation. \n
