Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, Java, and web technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable AEM-based digital solutions., * Design and develop enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, services, and custom OSGi bundles.
Work extensively with Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and HTL.
Develop and maintain AEM Sites and Content Fragments.
Work with AEM Cloud Service / AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud deployment processes.
Integrate AEM with REST APIs, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
Develop reusable components and implement responsive web solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
Collaborate with architects, UX/UI designers, QA, product owners, and other development teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design and estimation.
Ensure solutions follow Adobe and enterprise development best practices.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience with strong AEM experience.
Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
Strong Java/J2EE programming skills.
Strong knowledge of Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly.
Experience developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development.
Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/CI-CD.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Adobe Experience Manager certification.
Experience with AEM Cloud Manager.
Experience with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL.
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform.
Experience with Docker/AWS/Azure is a plus.
Experience working on large enterprise or banking/financial-services projects is preferred.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
