Job description

Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform and a proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that meet business objectives., * Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.

Build and support solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and established integration patterns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including platform security, data management, and governor limits.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Requirements

6-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and governor limits.
Hands-on experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Exposure to DevOps and automated deployment frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
