QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle., * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.

• Create, execute, and maintain test cases using Jest, Enzyme, and other automation frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automated testing pipelines within Jenkins.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high software quality standards.
• Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reports.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.

• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Jest
• Enzyme
• React Testing Library (preferred)
• Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred)
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA Automation experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of performance testing and/or security testing is considered an advantage.
