About You We are looking for candidates with: 5+ years of experience in technology Experience in architecture, data, applications, cloud, integration, security or related technology disciplines Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing technology decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills A genuine interest in AI and Generative AI and their impact on insurance and financial services Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable A desire to develop deep architectural expertise and contribute to the future of insurance technology Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable.
