Lead Software Engineer

AI-powered applications. Work across the full stack - frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Java) - to build performant, maintainable solutions. Mentor and support a small team of engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Product Managers to turn ideas into production-ready software. Drive technical decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability. Ensure high-quality coding standards and strong testing/CI practices are consistently applied. Guide deployment and operations in AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging Docker/Kubernetes. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members. Stay current with emerging frameworks, tools, and patterns - helping the team evolve with industry trends. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience building and deploying production-grade web and software applications. Strong experience in React, TypeScript, and Python

(Java optional). Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration. Experience mentoring other engineers and leading by example. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and system design. Familiarity with integrating AI/ML APIs or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
