Job description
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen durch Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen oder anpassen der Software
- Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Ãœbernahme des 2nd-Level-Supports
- gt; Sie sind für das Berechtigungsmanagement in unseren Applikationen zuständig, wie z. B. in SAP und SharePoint.
Requirements
- Gute Kenntnisse in allen IT-relevanten Themen (Soft & Hardware, Netzwerke, Server)
- Absolute Zuverlässigkeit, korrektes Auftreten und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Servicetechniker m/w/d
