Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role modelProvide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoptionREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECurrent Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) SolutionsBachelor s Degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software companyPrevious experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applicationsDemonstrated project management experienceFunctional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time TrackingPassion for providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to effectively manage against timelines and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingExperience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plusExpected travel is +/-20% depending on projectIf interested please apply for an immediate discussion#UST
