Requirements

Lead the Data Enrichment Team. Support the Head of Analytics and R&D to achieve targets & objectives of the Analytics and R&D function. Shape and deliver data enrichment strategyLocation: West Country or South West London (Hybrid)Category: DataType: PermanentKey Duties (Including but not limited to):Lead the Data Enrichment Team towards the delivery of objectivesManage workload, prioritize and delegate tasks within the Data Enrichment Team to ensure timely delivery of initiativesDefine clear goals for the team, provide constructive feedback, and support professional developmentMotivate members of the Data Enrichment TeamDegree qualified in a relevant field (preferably mathematics, statistics, data science, actuarial science, physics, economics, or a related field)Actuarial or CII qualification would be an advantageA minimum of 5 years in pricing, data analytics, or actuarial roles, with at least 2 years of leadership experienceStrong management and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team of pricing professionalsAdvanced knowledge of tools such as RADAR, Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) #J-18808-Ljbffr
