Senior Physical Security Analyst (057-26)

ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services., We are seeking a Senior Physical Security Analyst with immediate availability to support Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations in a highly dynamic, process?driven environment. In this role, the analyst will ensure the secure and efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materiel across contested, degraded, and operationally constrained environments throughout the Indo?Pacific region.

The analyst will safeguard JTDC facilities, assets, and personnel by assessing, developing, and implementing physical security measures that meet Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) standards. This work directly enhances Special Operations Command- Pacific’s (SOCPAC) ability to deter aggression, respond to crises, and support U.S. and partner nations by ensuring logistics operations remain protected, resilient, and mission?ready.

As a key enabler of JTDC operations, the analyst will integrate physical security into logistics processes to maintain operational continuity and support sustainment objectives in both steady?state and expeditionary conditions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on mission?critical logistics and security operations across the Pacific theater., Strategic Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Lead enterprise?level risk assessments to identify and prioritize physical, environmental, and operational vulnerabilities across JTDC facilities, transportation networks, staging areas, and logistics nodes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of advanced mitigation strategies that safeguard mission?critical operations in high?threat and contested environments.
• Provide senior?level evaluation and continuous improvement of security measures governing the storage, staging, and distribution of cargo and materiel.
• Direct the validation and risk?based assessment of transportation routes and staging areas to ensure the secure movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies.

Senior Security Planning and Implementation

• Architect, implement, and oversee physical security programs and protective systems for JTDC facilities, ensuring alignment with priorities and operational requirements.
• Lead the development, review, and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for securing JTDC operations, with an emphasis on resilience and adaptability.
• Direct contingency and continuity planning to uphold security under crisis, emergency, or surge conditions.
• Provide senior guidance for integrating physical security requirements into facility planning, modernization initiatives, and emerging infrastructure projects.
• Develop enterprise?level strategies to counter theft, tampering, insider threats, and disruption to logistics operations in degraded or contested environments.

Stakeholder Engagement and Representation

• Represent JTDC in engagements with government agencies, mission partners, and local security forces to ensure alignment of security measures with broader objectives.
• Serve as the senior liaison between JTDC operations and external stakeholders, ensuring coordinated implementation of security policies and protocols.
• Provide authoritative security guidance, consultation, and decision support to JTDC leadership, personnel, and contractors.

Training, Mentorship, and Organizational Awareness

• Direct the development and delivery of physical security training programs, ensuring JTDC personnel are prepared to identify, assess, and respond to evolving threats.
• Promote and sustain a strong organizational culture of security awareness through leadership communication, briefings, and proactive outreach.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior security analysts by strengthening their analytical rigor in risk assessment, enhancing their skills in security planning and ensuring they represent JTDC effectively in stakeholder engagements.

• US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret., * Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in physical security, risk management, or related fields within DoD or Federal agencies.
• Expertise in physical security systems, risk assessment methodologies, and incident response protocols.
• Strong understanding of DoD and USINDOPACOM security regulations and standards.
• Experience working in roles within or with countries in the USINDOPACOM region.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Available salary ranges for these positions are dependent on position location, and based on the candidate’s education, experience, and qualifications. Salary ranges for each location are below:

• Oahu, Hawaii - $175,106 - $221,801
