System Software Manager

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Software Manager to lead the design, delivery, and operations of scalable data and analytics platforms for enterprise clients. You will manage a team of engineers building cloud-native data infrastructure, integrating data pipelines, and optimizing performance, security, and reliability. Partner closely with clients and internal consultants to translate business needs into robust system software solutions, set technical direction, and enforce engineering best practices in an agile, experimentation-friendly environment., * Lead and mentor a team of system and data software engineers delivering client projects

• Architect and oversee implementation of scalable, secure cloud-based data and analytics platforms
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and operational standards
• Own reliability, performance, and security of production systems
• Drive roadmap, prioritization, and sprint planning for the platform engineering team
• Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and automation to improve delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to estimate effort, manage risk, and communicate progress
• Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-training across the team
