The Role The Front-End Engineer will work closely with Product, Design, Backend and AI teams to build and evolve modern web applications using React and TypeScript. ideas into production-ready featuresCollaborating effectively with engineers working across different locations and time zonesContributing to technical decisions, code reviews and engineering standards What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have: Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScriptDeep knowledge of React including hooks, component architecture, state management and performance optimisationExperience building modern, complex web applications rather than predominantly static interfacesExposure to dynamically generated or data-driven user interfacesExperience building AI-powered product features, not simply using AI coding toolsExperience building chat, messaging or conversational interfacesA good understanding of web accessibility and how to incorporate it throughout developmentExperience working within distributed engineering teamsStrong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Product, Design and Backend EngineeringExperience working with generative AI, LLM-powered applications or interfaces where UI components are produced dynamically would be particularly valuable.
