Skills You’ll Need Strong knowledge of Python and Linux. Some experience with C++/SQL preferable. Strong debugging skills in both code development and systems infrastructure. Good instincts for performance vs simplicity trade-offs. Ability to make the right engineering decisions to achieve maintainability, extensibility and debuggability. Self-directed, excited to take ownership of projects and be responsible for mission-critical systems.
