Business Title Associate Manager - Enterprise Data Management Global Job Title Sr Anl Enterp Data Mgmt Global Function Business Services Global Department Enterprise Data Management Organizational Level Reporting to Director Enterprise Data Management Size of team reporting in and type NA Role Purpose Statement - Lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes through SAP MDG in accordance with business rules, standards, and SLAs.

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and support data quality and governance initiatives. Main Accountabilities - Provide operational support and guidance to team members.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage IDOC monitoring and resolution activities.
• Coordinate with regional and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Assist Managers in driving service delivery and governance objectives. Knowledge and Skills Behavior Improve Bunge’s outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.

Technical - Working knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Understanding of Customer, Supplier, and Material Master Data processes.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management principles.
• Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics. Education & Experience Education Bachelor’s Degree required (BE,B.Tech). Experience 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations. Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience. Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data. Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams. Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members is preferred.
