Job description
- Key Account Development & Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with US top-tier hyperscale cloud clients, large colocation data center operators, enterprise tech firms, and professional MEP/construction contractors. Manage C-level and facility director relationships to secure long-term cooperative projects and repeated business opportunities.
- Full-Cycle Solution Sales: Independently conduct market development, customer demand mining, technical solution presentation, commercial quotation, bid participation, and business negotiation. Cooperate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver customized cooling system solutions matching high-density, high-efficiency data center construction demands.
- Target Achievement & Business Growth: Formulate regional sales strategies, track industry new construction, expansion and renovation projects of US data centers, continuously expand high-quality client resources, and complete annual sales and market penetration targets steadily.
- Market Insight & Competitor Analysis: Monitor US data center infrastructure industry trends, cooling technology iterations (including traditional precision cooling and liquid cooling solutions), and competitor dynamics, feed back market information timely, and optimize sales strategies and product promotion directions.
- Project Follow-up & Customer Retention: Track project implementation progress, coordinate internal resources to solve customer’s technical and after-sales demands, ensure project delivery satisfaction, and deepen account penetration through incremental upgrading and iterative renovation business.
- Channel Ecosystem Building: Develop and manage local US channel partners, integrate industry resources, expand business coverage, and build a sustainable regional sales ecosystem.
Requirements
- Mandatory Top-Tier Client Experience: Solid direct sales experience serving US hyperscale cloud providers, large-scale colocation IDCs, or Fortune 500 enterprise data center clients; with verifiable successful project cases and stable customer resource relationships.
- Industry Background: 3+ years of professional sales experience in data center infrastructure, thermal cooling, HVAC, power and cooling system, or mission-critical facility equipment industries; familiar with US data center construction standards, project bidding processes and customer procurement mechanisms.
- Professional Competence: Basic understanding of data center cooling technologies (air cooling, liquid cooling, cooling tower systems, intelligent temperature control), able to conduct consultative sales and match professional solutions according to customer PUE optimization, high-density deployment and energy-saving demands.
- Capability Requirements: Possess independent market development ability, strong business negotiation, bid response and contract closing capabilities; sensitive to US data center project opportunities and market changes.
- Language & Work Style: Fluent in oral and written English for full local business communication; able to adapt to regional business travel and remote office work mode.
- Personal Traits: Results-oriented, self-motivated, with strong market expansion initiative, anti-pressure ability and long-term account operation awareness., * Existing direct cooperative resources with US mainstream hyperscale data center clients, colocation operators or top MEP engineering companies.
- Familiar with high-density liquid cooling solution sales and large-scale data center new construction/expansion project operation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related majors.
- Rich experience in cross-team collaboration and large-scale engineering project sales delivery.
