Senior Applied Data Scientist, Fleet Intelligence

This role will focus on turning complex operational data into predictive insights that improve asset performance, utilization, and maintenance planning. You will partner closely with product and technical stakeholders to translate business questions into testable hypotheses, robust models, and measurable outcomes. The position is well suited for someone who enjoys building production-ready analytical solutions that support better customer decision-making and operational efficiency., * Deliver applied data science initiatives related to asset intelligence, utilization intelligence, and tire performance analysis

• Develop projections for fleet usage and maintenance costs
• Translate product questions into clear hypotheses and evaluation plans
• Identify predictive signals using diverse datasets
• Build and operationalize models for production monitoring
• Define metrics for model quality and customer decision support
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical partners

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or a related role
• Proven track record of developing impactful models
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Foundational knowledge of statistics and machine learning
• Experience with cloud data platforms and transformation workflows
