Job description

As a Founding Engineer, you will build the platform end to end, architecting and shipping agentic workflows and RAG pipelines into production for enterprise customers. You’ll own the data layer, design relational schemas and scalable pipelines, and take products from 0*1 with real autonomy.

Requirements

Commercial software engineering experience with strong Python skills.
Production experience building LLM, RAG, agentic or generative AI systems.
Full-stack experience with React, Next.js or TypeScript.
Experience taking products or features from 0*1 in a startup or fast-paced environment.
