We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic AI & Automation Exec/Lead to support in driving the AI and Automation strategy at QCS. This is an opportunity to develop your AI and Automation skills across the whole business.

What you’ll do:

• Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments and improvements
• Full ownership of Bullhorn, Bullhorn Automation and any new tools
• Own the AI strategy for QCS Staffing, ensuring we are utilising the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels
• Own all automations within the business
• Develop and build automations at key touch points

• Previous experience with Bullhorn and Bullhorn Automation is ideal
• Extensive experience in using Automation software
• High level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools
• Vast experience in using/ managing CRM platforms
• Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Copilot)
