ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, cleanse, transform, and curate data from multiple source systems.Build and optimise data warehouse structures that support reporting, insights, and AI use cases.Develop scalable data solutions using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Azure data technologies.Create and maintain high-quality datasets, semantic models, and data products for Power BI reporting and self-service analytics.Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and validation processes to improve trust and confidence in organisational data.Support the delivery of AI-ready data by ensuring data is accessible, secure, governed, and fit for purpose.Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams

to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that drive value.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering standards, processes, and best practices. Skills and experience we are looking forStrong SQL development skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and transformation workloads.Proficiency in Python for data cleansing, transformation, automation, and analytics workflows.Experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions.Experience developing and optimising Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reporting solutions.Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data management principles.Experience working with Azure data technologies and cloud-based data platforms.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable data solutions.
