Your impact

You’ll own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals, taking full responsibility from contract signature through go-live and the handover that follows. That means acting as the central point of contact for the merchant and every internal Mollie team involved, setting out the activities, owners, and timelines needed to get each implementation live.

You’ll coordinate closely with sales, sales engineering, onboarding, compliance, product, and other teams to resolve issues as they come up, using your technical understanding to assess merchant problems, work through documentation, and route issues to the right place. You’ll keep merchants, digital agencies, and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates, and you’ll monitor progress against the agreed go-live date so you can act early when timelines are at risk.

This is a newly formed function that’s now expanding into new markets. That means you’ll have genuine influence over how the role and its processes take shape, working closely with a flat, collaborative team where good practice is shared regardless of hierarchy.

What you’ll ship

• Own the post sales integration phase for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals, from handover through testing to go live
• Run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, setting go live dates and keeping progress on track
• Organise and track testing, raising issues and feedback as they surface
• Coordinate across sales, product and engineering colleagues, as well as with merchants directly, to keep everyone aligned
• Keep agreed go live dates on track, since delays mean missed revenue
• Maintain documentation and playbooks that make delivery predictable and scalable

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in implementation, project management, onboarding, delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce is a plus
• Proven experience managing complex implementations from contract signature through go-live and handover.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and technical documentation, with the ability to investigate implementation issues and work with technical teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including managing timelines, blockers, dependencies and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive and pragmatic approach, with strong ownership and the confidence to challenge when needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English
