Head of Video

As Head of Video you will reporting directly into the Technical Director and will lead the technical and strategic development of the video department. You are the Video expert, overseeing any systems design as well as operations across a range of exciting events. You will support the complex planning of video elements to events and develop and nurture the team to impart your specialist knowledge. Leading the more complex and high profile projects, as well as managing key stakeholders will be key.

We are seeking expert knowledge of video system design, deployment and operation with a strong knowledge of Vectorworks. You are a confident user of Media servers, with a strong Barco systems knowledge. In depth knowledge of video networking and Panasonic projects as well as LED processing and switching is key. Alongside this technical knowledge you will have extensive experience in live event video systems design, deployment and operations. You will love managing and developing a team and have a calm approach to complex project management. Being an excellent communicator and able to manage key senior stakeholders is essential
