Ecommerce Administrator

• Administer and execute product building for new product launches via CSV upload, working closely with Product, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Merchandising teams
• Work closely with Merchandising and Community Experience teams to ensure stock inventory is accurate in Shopify for both of our online stores.
• Ensure product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines
• Review tagging and product categorisation in Shopify to improve product discoverability
• Assist with visual merchandising of the websites to drive conversion whilst maintaining our brand identity
• Support with website audits to monitor the accuracy of site information
• Support the refinement of processes to improve the product-building critical path

• Practical experience using a Content Management System (CMS), with Shopify being a plus
• Comfortable working with large datasets, with strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets - confident with performing intermediate formulas such as v and x lookups
• Experience with product building and ongoing product management
• A love for the brand and understanding of our mission
• Confident using CMS systems, with Shopify being a plus
• Analytically minded
• Experience working in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Comfortable working with product data and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product building and site accuracy
• Highly organised with an ability to be flexible with shifting prioritisation and projects
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Based in London
