• Design and implement scalable commerce and omnichannel architectures for biotech and pharma solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals
• Evaluate and integrate enterprise e-commerce, CRM, and ERP platforms with clinical and lab systems
• Define system standards, APIs, and data models to support secure, compliant patient and customer experiences
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept efforts for new digital initiatives
• Provide technical oversight, code and design reviews, and architectural governance for project teams
