Senior Data Solution Designer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Solution Designer specializing in Microsoft technologies for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary responsibility of the Data Solution Designer is to ensure the design of Power BI solutions based on business needs, implementing integrated reports, dashboards, and alerts using Microsoft technologies such as Data Factory, Power BI, and Databricks. The reporting will cover:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Customer service-related reporting based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR reporting (e.g., dashboards and reports related to absenteeism and workplace accidents) using various databases, including legacy technologies like Software AG and WinDev
• Annual reporting at the CSRD \& Taxonomy level
• Reporting to our regulator Brugel

This role will focus on technical aspects (ETL, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Consumption, Data Publication, and Data Forecasting) while adhering to the defined data architecture.

Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for monitoring the run and operational maintenance of the data environment on Microsoft and Databricks. They will also be accountable for improvements in the data architecture, collaborating with the Data Management department.

Throughout the consultancy mission, the consultant will comply with GDPR regulations, ISO 27001 standards, and the NIS2 directive.

Execution Modalities:

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to execute the project and will potentially work 440 man-days over a period of approximately 2 years, on a 40-hour weekly basis during the opening days of the client. Services will be performed at least 3 days a week on-site at the client’s headquarters, potentially in a discontinuous manner, unless expressly authorized by the IT Department Head. The consultant is informed that they are not permitted to work overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without explicit authorization from the client. The designated consultant must consider the continuity of service needs of the client and the constraints related to the projects they manage when planning their leave and will agree in advance with the Executive Officer on this matter.
